The staff at Clash of the Titles would like to take this opportunity to make a special announcement that we hope everyone will be thrilled about. As a fairly new site, we are constantly evaluating and making any changes we feel are necessary to help everybody get the most out of the COTT experience.
Recently, we've come to the decision to open up all of our Clashes to self-published authors. There will still be guidelines to adhere to, disclaimers to sign, but we feel this will best serve you guys—our readers, authors, and friends. We will still have unpublished Clashes according to our usual schedule, but now they will be reserved for our truly unpublished friends. We're super excited about this change because it means opening up more opportunities for the self-published, and slaying a portion of the competition to our unpublished writers! (hee hee)
We view it as a win-win and can't wait to see how things go down the first time a self-pub'd goes head-to-head with a traditionally pub'd!
